Job overview

Jim Falk Motors is looking for an accounts payable/receivable specialist. The most qualified candidate will be a problem solver who can work independently as well as with a group, with proven skills in a similar position.

Accurate, timely work is a must for this full-time position.

Location: 1201 North 2nd Street, Clinton, MO 64735

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job type: Full-time

Duties & responsibilities

1. Review, validate, and post purchase orders to invoices
2. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
3. Print all accounts payable checks and obtain signatures
4. Distribute signed checks as required
5. Answer all vendor inquiries
6. Maintain all accounts payable reports, vendor files, and reports related to payables
7. Reconcile credit card statements monthly
8. File and maintain dealership files related to other job duties
9. Cleaning schedules
10. Data entry
11. Answer phones
12. Related clerical duties
13. Provide additional administrative support as needed

1. Knowledge of Excel
2. Ability to perform analysis and solve problems

5. Ability to function in a high-volume, often urgent setting
