The first thing I noticed was how welcoming everyone was from the moment we were walking to the door until our last interaction. She said if we could work out a deal she could possibly deliver that afternoon about 400 miles away. I never purchased a vehicle online before and I also never purchased one that was out of state so this was all new to me. Chris was great to work with. Everything was done over the phone and through emails. They gave me good value on my trade in. After I signed the papers, the delivery driver started his 16 hour drive to me in PA. I didn't have to go anywhere. He came right to my house with my new truck (also a great guy). He went over everything on the new truck. I bought him dinner and he got into my old truck and started his drive back with it. Great experience and will definitely be going this route in the future. In about 2 weeks I received my official paperwork and took them to my local DMV and they registered the truck in my name and then I had to get a PA inspection sticker

I was just casually looking in my area at used RAM 1500 trucks with no real intention of swapping my 2016 RAM. The internet being the internet, the truck of my dreams pops up but it’s way out in Clinton Missouri. The more I looked at it, with the ultra low mileage on it, the more I thought I’d like to get it. I filled in my email and phone number. 10 mins later I got a phone call from Serenity. Very nice gal, and I told her that I was just window shopping and didn’t really intend to buy a truck, especially from out of state (I live in upstate NY). She said that that’s fine, but JF motors delivers all over the country. At that point I said I’d think about it. A whole weekend goes by and Serenity called me and asked me if I had a trade in. She asked me to take photos and odometer reading and send them to her, which I did. So there was a bit of back and forth calling and the more we talked, the more the purchase seemed possible. She called with their offer, I countered and the rest is history. The new truck was delivered to my driveway in 2 days and my 2016 went back to Missouri. It was the most low pressure, enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. The Jim Falk people are excellent to work with and the whole deal went without a hitch. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and I’m happy that I sent my contact info. I highly recommend dealing with Serenity for a vehicle purchase. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the way that we were treated at this dealership deserves more than just a star rating. We had been in KC and Iowa all day on Saturday looking for a 12-15 passenger van. On our way home, we happened to see Jim Falk motors and decided to drive through to see what they had. It was 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. We saw the perfect van for us. We assumed that we would have to come back on Monday, but drove up to the front door just to see. Sean (our sales guy) had stepped outside to make a call. My husband asked if they were still open by any chance. Sean's reply was, "I'm still here and will do whatever I can to help." He was finishing up another deal and it would have been easy for him to call it a day, but he didn't. He went in and asked Laine ( the manager) and Gage (the finance manager) if they were ok staying and they both said, "Yes". So at 7:30ish on a Saturday night, these guys went above and beyond to get us into the van we had been looking for all day. I could write a book on how they treated us kindly - not like we were imposing. I could tell you over and over about how they were always smiling and always friendly through the whole process. I can tell you how each time we thanked them, their response was, "we are glad we can help" and we felt it!! At around 9:30 PM, we drove out of the dealership in our new van.
