One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I live in AZ, and placed an inquiry on a Sunday. Even though the dealership was closed, I received a phone call that day from Shawn F. asking how he could help me…on his day off! I gave him the details of what I was looking for, and we set up a time for a return phone call the next day. Shawn called right on time with different options for me. being that guy that has to see what he’s purchasing in person, I flew out and Shawn was waiting for me at the dealership. I was just casually looking in my area at used RAM 1500 trucks with no real intention of swapping my 2016 RAM. The internet being the internet, the truck of my dreams pops up but it’s way out in Clinton Missouri. The more I looked at it, with the ultra low mileage on it, the more I thought I’d like to get it. I filled in my email and phone number. 10 mins later I got a phone call from Serenity. Very nice gal, and I told her that I was just window shopping and didn’t really intend to buy a truck, especially from out of state (I live in upstate NY). She said that that’s fine, but JF motors delivers all over the country. At that point I said I’d think about it. A whole weekend goes by and Serenity called me and asked me if I had a trade in. She asked me to take photos and odometer reading and send them to her, which I did. So there was a bit of back and forth calling and the more we talked, the more the purchase seemed possible. She called with their offer, I countered and the rest is history. The new truck was delivered to my driveway in 2 days and my 2016 went back to Missouri. It was the most low pressure, enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. The Jim Falk people are excellent to work with and the whole deal went without a hitch.
