Responsibilities

1. Assist service technicians and advisors with parts for repairs.
2. Maintain organized inventory and stockrooms.
3. Receive and inventory incoming parts.
4. Pull and fill parts orders accurately.
5. Maintain weekly inventory checks.
6. Bill internal parts requests correctly.
7. Assist retail and wholesale customers.
8. Answer phones and provide pricing information.
9. Locate out-of-stock parts when necessary.

Qualifications

1. Two years of parts experience preferred.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
